Representative Wolf moved and asked unanimous consent that CSSB 382(CRA) am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of considering Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Wolf: Page 2, line 4: Delete "such as" Page 2, line 4: Delete "and State of Alaska" Page 2, line 5: Delete all material. Representative Wolf moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative McGuire objected. Amendment to Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Gara: 2004-05-10 House Journal Page 4164 Add to the amendment: "Page 2, line 3: Delete "and" Page 2, lines 3 - 4: Delete all material. There being no objection, Amendment to Amendment No. 1 was adopted. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 as amended be adopted?"
